I am an artist and a fitness instructor looking for a clean, quiet and responsible female roommate to share my beautiful charming apartment for June 1. This is a great location, literally footsteps away from Dupont subway station. There are many facilities close by, including restaurants, shoopers drug mart, grocery stores, coffee shops, and a 24hr corner store.

Internet is $15 per month
All utilities are included.
First and last month rent will be required.
Must be pet friendly as I have a little cat.
