Regularly out of town and are looking for a tenant to take over a room in our condo. Looking for a mature, responsible person who is neat and tidy. The entire condo has been updated and features hardwood and slate flooring. The house is fully furnished and stocked with everything you'll need. 

No smokers, no parties, etc. Perfect for someone who prefers having lots of privacy and more often than not, the entire place to yourself!

We have bike and ski storage inside if you have gear, bring it. Long term preferred. Neat, tidy, and able to clean up after yourself and contribute to overall responsibilities of a home is a necessity.
