Hello! I am looking for a roomate to share my newer duplex in Spokane Valley. Its a split level and Im not using the downstairs which has a bedroom, bathroom and living area and garage access to downstairs and you can have the garage I dont really use that either. Im looking for someone who is employed with no felonies. Rent is 400 plus half of utilities. Comcast is hooked up downstairs but I will pay for the comcast..Please Email for more info or questions.
