You would have your own room with Direct TV, WiFi, access to the Washer and Dryer, and the common rooms, and i do have a pool table so you would be welcome to use it as well, and there is also a fire pit out back. i have a furnished room and a non furnished room, if i can find 2 people the rent would be cheaper..

Rent would be $500 a month and that includes utilities but not food, we can figure that out at a later time.
