I am a recent college graduate who is looking for 3 clean and responsible roommates. I would prefer recent college graduates or graduate students, but this is not a requement.

The apartment is located near Kendall square ~10min walk and less then 5 min from the MIT research complex campus. There are three bedrooms available in 4 bedroom apartment. The apartment aslso has a large kitchen, one bathroom, a living room, and a pantry/storage room. The kitchen has a refrigerator and full oven/stove. The apartment has hardwood floor throughout. There is coin operated washing and drying in the basement. The landlord is very responsible. There is no dedicated parking, but residential street parking is easily accessible.

The apartment is availalbe 8/1 and is $500/month per bedroom. Hot water is included, but other utilites are not.
