The house has many decks to sit and lounge on. It is shared with mostly military men and is close to both bases. It has a huge kitchen with 2 refrigerators and freezers. Everything is included; water, electric, cable TV, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, washer and dryer. All you need to do is buy food. :
