The house has been recently redone, all new paint, flooring & fixtures. The common areas are shared & there is a nice screened patio with privacy. The neighborhood is quiet & there is a community pool a few houses down. The house is furnished but you'll need your own furnishings for your room.

I own the home & live there now with my boyfriend & french bulldog. We are both clean, mature professionals in our early 20s, who are done with school & work full time in the creative industry. We are both very chill social people who enjoy hanging at home and going out with friends.
